— Atlanta rapper Trilly! has released an attention-grabbing new visual for his latest loosie titled, “Thoughts”.
For those who don’t know, Trilly! Is a highly-gifted and refreshingly unique artist based right here in Atlanta, GA. While always placing meaning and purpose behind his lyrics, the young newcomer also brings an unmatched level of high-octane energy to all of his works. Whether he’s vlogging, recording music, or shooting music videos, Trilly! always comes correct. Now, he’s delivered a brand new visual for his latest loosie track titled, “Thoughts”.
“Thoughts” is an introspective take on some of the soul-altering paths one can go down in the streets while also highlighting the toll these paths may take on one’s mental wellbeing. Understanding how to deal with the “pigs”, snitches, and snakes while plotting on how to make a way out of a hellish situation can lead to some truly troublesome ‘thoughts’.
The music video, shot by Kelevision, consists of three one-take scenes — each with their own equally captivating moods. The first scene opens with Trilly! and an affiliate, each brandishing weapons, before Trilly! uses his and a gunfight occurs in his background. The second scene is dark and exudes feelings of anxiety as Trilly! appears to be surrounded by police while attempting to rid himself of any evidence that may link him to his crimes. The third scene, also dark but much more chilling, features Trilly! walking through a graveyard with a shovel in hand presumably burying said evidence.
