— BONES has released his latest album, Withered, alongside fellow TeamSESH member and producer, grayera.
Since kicking off his career in the early 2010s, BONES has proven to be one of the most prolific and creative artists on the underground Hip-Hop scene. Along the way, the TeamSESH founder has racked up hundreds of millions of streams while serving his ravenous fanbase even earning co-signs from major acts like A$AP Rocky and, most recently, Justin Bieber. Now, after releasing a whopping five full-length albums in 2021, BONES has released his first project of 2022, Withered.
Created in collaboration with producer grayera — a fellow TeamSESH member who has connected with BONES in the past for fan favorite, “LooseScrew” ft. EddyBaker — Withered finds BONES alternating between relaxed, yet passionate, anthems and commanding, lyrical sequences. The incredibly complimentary production from grayera pairs seamlessly with the vibe of each track, utilizing everything from thumping 808’s to guitar-led melodies.
In his signature style, BONES exudes an array of feelings that vary from adoring odes to his loved ones on “SlayTheDragon,SaveThePrincess,” before transitioning to the confident chants on “EarlGrey,“ that asserts his will to always come out on top.
Withered is also home to BONES’ emotionally-charged single released earlier this year titled, “TheOne,” and includes a single feature from Lady Moon — the rare guest vocalist to appear on a BONES project.
While Withered is quite an intensive album, there is always another BONES project on the way.
